It’s no secret that we love the unique, seasonal produce available in South East Queensland, and local Lombardo peppers from the Sunshine Coast are the latest to feature on our menu.
Originally from the north of Italy and in season from November to May, the Lombardo peppers on our menu are grown by Richard (the pepper guru you might know from your local farmers market) at Midyim Eco Produce in Conondale, whose entire operation is certified biodynamic.
