Summer has delivered a bounty of fresh new produce, and it’s hitting the plates at Bar Alto!
The star of this new season has to be our incredibly juicy, locally grown organic peppers. These peppers are farmed up in Conondale, near Maleny by dedicated farmer, Richard Mohan and his family. It’s a homegrown family business with every member being involved in one way or another to help farm these organic delicacies. Our new menu will feature three types of these peppers: pimientos de padron, Lombardy and Jimmy Nardello.
Give them a taste in our fritti peppers, octopus, and pollo arrosto for two. We know you’ll enjoy this new menu – and the peppers – as much as we do!
